How does it work?


  1. You fill out and submit our google order form stating quantity and name for each item you would like. Check lists of products regularly available here. (Quantities may be limited; prices subject to change.) We are not able to take phone orders at this time.

  2. As orders come in, your items are pulled from inventory - bulk items carefully weighed to order - and your purchase packaged specially for you. We are happy to get changes/exceptions via email prior to deadline. But please understand that because of the time and care spent to specially prepare purchases to order for each customer, it is a hardship on us when orders go unpaid/unclaimed. Therefore, we ask that you please only order what you intend to promptly pay for.  We do our best to have all orders received by the 8am deadline of each open day prepared for that day. We will notify you by email if there are delays.

  3. If you choose “Quick Pick-Up” we prepare an invoice that is emailed to you for payment (this may not happen until pickup day) – watch your email! You pay online (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx accepted). Three payment reminders are sent, after which unpaid orders are cancelled.

  4. If you choose “Pay in Storewe hold your order for payment in person. Unclaimed orders are canceled, unless you contact us, in one week. (Contactless VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx, Apple Pay, and Google Pay accepted).

  5. We are unable to resell returned items used internally or topically, but if we have not met your expectation, let us know and we will try to make it right!
